This week Duke has been playing yawn, yawn…Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption, MW3 and Gears of War 3 (did we get in a Delorian?), Chinny played more Minecraft and Prototype and The Daddy played The Darkness 2, Magic The Gathering – Duels Of The Plane Walkers 2013 and more Minecraft.
VlaDOS gives us the Spectrum classic Manic Miner to play and we also cover off PC mod DayZ, the adding of co-op to Dead Space 3, Dust 514 details and why The Daddy is not too keen on multiplayer games.
We finish off as always with Twidders and emails.
Enjoy.

Manic Miner still holds up as a great game today. Super Meat Boy and titles like it owes a lot to Matthew Smith’s 1983 masterpiece.
Maybe you missed the trip first time around (quite a few of you weren’t born) but this means so much to so many of us.
Hours, nay days and days of our young lives were spent playing this game. Not just playing it but drawing maps of levels and discussing strategy in school with the other nerds.
If you could regularly get past the Menangerie you were a star.
This isn’t just some crappy little arcade title but this is a slice of gaming history which shaped people like me into life long gamers.
Yes it’s hard, gaudy to look at and hard to listen to but by God you’re going to appreciate it. If not, it’s going to have to be a Monty Python inspired boot to the head for all of you.
Nuff said Bongo, listen up Duke and Chinny!
Word to yo mom.
Bongo, you took the words out of my mouth. And not in a Meatloaf kinda way.
Yeah, Manic Miner is awesome. 240 points is ridiculous though, I just play it on a spectrum emulator for free.
Duke may be 100% wrong about Manic Miner, but he is 100% right about the Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy. “Hypocrisy is the Greatest Luxury” is a great album, one I still listen to today. U2 used to come on stage to “Television Drug of the Nation” but don’t hold that against it.
