The Veteran Gamers Episode 9 – Duke Meets His Hero……

Well here we are again, another week has rolled by, and it is Episode 9.

This week Duke fulfills one of his life’s ambitions and talks to the developer of Myst, Robyn Miller, who gives us an insight into how a game like Myst comes about.

We talk about some games we’ve played, which include BBC2 and FFXIII , Skuldugerer challenges Chinny in the quiz, and we round it all off with a special aftershow discussing Heavy Rain (well Duke actually shouts a lot) and how it differed for us, warning we spoil the hell out of it.

SHOUTS A LOT!? I’LL SHOW YOU SHOUTS A LOT! I AM SIR SHOUTS-A-LOT!

  • TheDaddy

Got to say it as I see it lol

  • Skulduggerer (Rich)

Damn I should have stuck around if there was fighting after! I could have kept chirping in with “Rhubarb Rhubarb”

  • Managed to finally listen to this Monday night. Another great show and nice interview Duke. Also a great quiz, I won’t spoil it in case anyone reading this hasn’t listened yet ;)
Also one of the questions regarding Fable 2, it isn’t Judy Dench who does the voice of Theresa, it is Zoe Wanamaker who is the star of the BBC comedy My Family. I knew the majority of Skuls questions this week and it will be sods law I will get an epic fail and not get any right when I am on at Easter !!

  • Great Show, fellas! There were WAAAAAAY too many “I have no idea” interjections in the Top Recognized Weapons List, and thanks to you, now people think I’m crazy for yelling at no one! Anyway, Stu- I reserved us a room with double glazed windows for our Dead Space Extraction gala. I can’t wait.

    Oh, and super-dee-duper interview Duke.

Your not wrong JSS, I keep telling Chinny how good it is, but he just wont listen.
