Why haven’t we had a female protagonist in a Rockstar game?
Seriously. I don’t want this to be a strident feminist rant (semi-strident will be just fine for now), but that basic question sums up every sociological reaction I’ve had to GTA V so far. Let me start with why I love the game, and then I’ll explain what Rockstar must to do redeem themselves next time around.
That time-lapse video I posted from Red Dead Redemption made me wonder what other similar videos might exist out there? Quite a few, I’ve found, and most of them come from Eurogamer’s Digital Foundry. Watch these in full-screen mode, and have your screenshot key-combo ready for instant awesome wallpapers.
First up (of course) is Skyrim.
Assassin’s Creed, LA Noire, Fallout, and GTAIV after the jump!
That’s right we take another look at Max Payne 3 but this time it is the multiplayer that get dissected. It looks like Rockstar had some tricks up their sleeve and this multiplayer may surprise some people.

I take a look at Rockstar’s next big release. That’s right Max Payne is back and he is pissed, again. Make sure you subscribe to our YouTube channel and like the video because I’m working on getting more content on there soon.
There’s a lot of talk in the video game community about fanboys and what they say. Some people think fanboys are just people who like a particular product or company. Some people think girls can be fanboys, too. Some people think we’re all fanboys in some way, because we’re all fanatical about something. All of these people are morons. Lucky for you, I’m here to explain what a fanboy actually is, and how you can avoid being one.
