I know you guys weren't too impressed with it but for me its the best "no brainer" Dungeon Crawler you can buy for 80 MSPs. Epic :-)

I like it, will buy it soon I think. Might review it for my site too, indie games don't get enough coverage.

It's tough for the guys on the podcast to review a game like that, which honestly requires more than the 8 minutes you're given. I went back several times before I was sure it would be my thing. In other words, I probably spent at least a half hour to an hour before I even purchased the game. If you like Rogue-types but want a bit more action than it really is a no brainer. I probably should not have mentioned Gauntlet but honestly that is what it reminded me of the most since most Rogue-types tend to be VERY slow in pacing due to the heinous difficulty.

No I don't mean the VGs, I think the VG pod vast having its own indie section is a very very good thing, it supports indie devs and fives me the chance to find some indie vamping gems I would have otherwise missed.

Most sites and podcasts do not even mention the indie game service at all, there just is not enough coverage for it, I can't help but think that if they added achievements they would garner more interest.

Totally agree that it reminds of Gauntlet ... Oh what fun four people could have crammed around the four player cabinet with a limitless supply of coins :-)
