Witcher 2 glitches

Hey guys, I've just started the tutorial for witcher 2 and have gotten to the part where you first equip and use bombs. For some reason no matter what I try I can't throw the bomb. After doing some research I've found that copying the game to your hard drive resolves this. Just thought it best I share this incase anyone else is having the same issue

Installing this game to your HD is definitely the smart move because I have found that it also cuts screen tearing and pop in right the way down until it becomes barley noticeable and infrequent.
