Mass Effect 2: Suicide Mission *May Contain Spoilers*

Hey Guys,
I just finished Mass Effect 2 (Including all DLCs) and I was wondering how everyones choices went, if you had all your team, if they were loyal and well... if you even made the Collecters base.

So 1st of all, I had every team mate except the Krogen and every member of my team was loyal but Jack.
I fully upgraded my ship and it made it past the Omega 4 Relay, next was when we landed I chose my team for each section:
Vents: I had Tali go in
1st secondary team: Garrus Lead Jack and Samara
Escort: Mordin lead the survivors and he sucedded
Bionic: I chose Samara, after that section Jack unfortunally died
2nd secondary team: Miranda lead it

It went well except for the death, the final boss died and I left the base for the Illusive Man (Personally after I choose it I thought it was bad)

So how did everyone elses go?

P.S I shagged Tali if anyone cares

i just done my 4th playthrough and somehow i never manage to get everyone through alive regardless of loyalty or anything else i do this timemorden died on my third playthrough i did my last 2 loyalty missions after the iff incident and most of the captured crew died in the on my second playthrough i tried to get everyone dead cos if that happens then that rolls on to the 3rd one as well but i took garus & grunt to the final fight and garus survived and he helped me up onto the normandy as far as the collector base is concerned i blew the crap out of it every time what did you do with the geth?
